General description
Isoniazid, also known as isonicotinylhydrazide (INH), is an antibiotic often used for the treatment of latent and active tuberculosis. It can be used in combination with other medicines active against tubercolosis - rifampicin, pyrazinamide, and either streptomycin or ethambutol.
