Summary of evidence and Expert Committee recommendations
Following the review of the age-appropriateness of formulations of essential medicines for children, the Expert Committee recommended the removal from the EMLc of aprepitant capsules (80 mg, 125 mg and 165 mg). These formulations cannot deliver the recommended dose of aprepitant for children aged below 12 years.
