Following the review of the age-appropriateness of formulations on the EMLc, the Expert Committee recommended: - the addition of thiamine 50 mg/mL injection to the EMLc, in recognition of the serious nature and high mortality rate of thiamine deficiency disorders, especially in infants and young children.
