Following the review of the age-appropriateness of formulations on the EMLc, the Expert Committee recommended to amend the listing for pulmonary surfactant by replacing "surfactant" with the individual medicine names and dosage form characteristics of the products:
Beractant: suspension for intratracheal instillation 25 mg/mL
Porcatant alfa: suspension for intratracheal instillation: 80 mg/mL
