Following the review of square box listings on the EML and EMLc, the Expert Committee recommended removal of the separate square box listing for beclometasone on the EML, and including it instead as one of the specified therapeutic alternatives in the square box listing for budesonide. The Committee recommended beclometasone, ciclesonide, flunisolide, fluticasone and mometasone be specified as therapeutic alternatives under the square box listing for budesonide on the EML and EMLc.
