General description
Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine with analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic properties.
It is used in the management of pain and inflammation in rheumatic disease and other musculoskeletal disorders including juvenile arthritis; mild to moderate pain including dysmenorrhoea and headache; pain in children; and acute migraine attack.
